Is there a point in taking multi-vitimins to strengthen my immune system?
I’m in my early 20’s and a pretty healthy and fit person anyway. Is there much point in taking them, or is my immune system strong enough anyway?
NO, totally pointless.
Think of your need for vitamins as several different coloured buckets and each vitamin as different coloured water.
You put yellow water in the yellow bucket and so forth. And more than a bucket full of each type of water just flows over the edge and is passed with urine.
