Nadal’s Knees? What is it that he wears on them?
I always see Nadal wearing the tape thingy (sorry. lol) around his knees and I want to know what is it that he wears on them? Is it just tape because on tenniswarehouse.com they sell these straps. What does that do? Does it give the person wearing them more support for there knees?

the two answers above me got it slightly wrong!!
the point is not that the straps relive pain , but the main feature of them is they somehow slow down the eventual deteriration of the knees.
